The problem

Sales teams outgrow spreadsheets in a predictable way: two people can share a sheet, six cannot. Leads get worked twice or not at all, follow-ups depend on memory, and nobody can answer what changed this week without rebuilding the answer by hand.

Generic CRMs lose on the pipeline: the stages never match how the team actually sells, so people stop updating them and the data rots. The model here was built around the client's own stages and ownership rules, with task assignment attached to records rather than living in a separate tool.
